Small Dream Ada was a collaborative project by Brooklyn composers Alaina Ferris and Tyler Gilmore (@BlankFor.ms.).

The duo took poems that Ferris had composed on her typewriter after waking up and Gilmore set them to brass quintet.

They released their EP, Golden Propeller, in 2012.

Their live band featured Matt Schlatter, Marty Fowler, Mike Beck, and Pierre Luigi Salami.
